Our most popular pet sitting plan is in-home boarding. Boarding is an ideal solution when you travel compared to three short visits and is a cheaper solution than having overnight stays at your home. Pet taxi is also offered for an additional fee based on availability. We do require proof of rabies and bordetella vaccine. Your pet will be treated like they are part of the family, while we uphold your normal routine at home.
We have two in home dog boarding locations. The location in Sterling (pictured below) gives your dog main floor access, outdoor access all day and night long, and playtime with our two dogs. The second location is in Centreville and also has dogs for your dog to play with. Both homes have a 6 foot wooden fence in the backyard. We specialize in cage-free boarding, giving your pet around the clock care in a home environment. Playtime is built into the cost of boarding. Due to the demand of this service, it is best to call way ahead of time to guarantee a boarding spot. Holiday weeks can book up months in advance.
Boarding costs $50 a night for one dog, and $20 for each additional dog to cover a 24 hour period. Any additional time after a 24 hour period will be prorated. A 50% deposit is required up front to hold your reservation. The boarding rate is charged by the night versus by the day, in order to keep the cost down over traditional boarding facilities. We also offer a 5% discount to those booking six or more consecutive nights.
Here are pictures of just some of the dogs who have spent time in our home to be boarded.
